Power of Visualization

Olympic Athletes have discovered a new method to improve their abilities. Athletes practised their routines 12 - 18 hours per day trying for perfection. They discovered if they stopped and visualize themselves doing the routine perfectly in their minds they increase their performance dramatically. This new technique is now being used in some of the best sports schools globally.

With every wish, want and desire you have, what are you visualizing? Do you even know you are doing so without realizing it? Do you have a picture in your mind daily of things you lack? Or do you picture yourself enjoying what you want?

You can have a dream to find that perfect man, that perfect women but can you actually visualize your life with this perfect mate? What would you be doing with your days, what do you enjoy together? Would it make sense to be doing what you'd both enjoy now before you meet? Do you think you might meet that partner while you are doing what you both love?

You have to be clear in what you want, not just say I want this or that. The clearer you are in your picture of what you want, the more the universe can order it up for you. Visualizing helps the process. While you watch yourself get up each day you start to notice habits you want to develop in your life that you would have never have thought of if you didn't visualize it first.

Visualizing is like a test drive, it gives you the opportunity to test it out to see if you like that vision. At the same time you notice what it would take in another to

participate in this vision. Would it take an easy going person to do what you love doing? Would it take a person with a sense of humour? With clarity you can then start to recognize who crosses your path, you notice truth in who they are by the conversations they offer, by the demands they make on you or the kindness they show you.

Visualizing can help create the perfect career. Start with how you want to feel then visualize yourself feeling it. Then ask yourself what would make you feel these feelings? Would being you what you need, being creative, solving around people give problems, what aspect of a career would provide you with the experience or feelings you wish for yourself? Visualize yourself walking into that position and your test drive will unfold the pros and cons.

Visualizing also provides you with confidence and certainty. If you visualize yourself being successful at anything you want to accomplish, it will give you the power and strength to be successful because it's like practising it over and over in your head.

You've had many dry runs at it, so now you are perfect at it. It blocks away all obstacles because you've wiped away the Nero Net of negative thinking or doubts. You've created a no doubt situation, so while you are walking into your dreams you will feel no doubt and it will attract like magic.
